Product introduction:
The machine is a top-feeding, drum-like, outside-filtering vacuum permanent-magnetic filter, suitable for dewatering of coarse and strong-magnetic particles. Inside the drum is a strontium ferrite permanent-magnetic, which enables the magnetic particles to be absorbed on the filter cloth quickly. The magnetic filter is mainly for dewatering of ore pulp containing coarse and strong magnetic particles. Due to the top feeding design, particles are obviously stratified in the filter cake according to their grain sizes. When the magnetic concentrate is shaped into filter cakes, the coarse particles move faster than the fine particles toward the filter cloth under the effect of gravity and magnetic force. The coarse particles touch the filter cloth first, making the filter cake breathable. When attracted by the magnetic force, the magnetic particles in the ore pulp are laid out on the surface of the drum radially and give rise to magnetic stirring due to magnetic pole variation. All these features create a favorable environment for filter cake dewatering; filter cakes produced in this way are usually thick and have good breathability, and improved productivity which is three times more than that of other drum vacuum filters of the same specifications.
The specific susceptibility of solid particles in ore pulp of the machine is at least 3OOO×10-6 cm/gram, and the granularity is between 015mm and 0.8mm.
